We create an effective job description and post it on various paid platforms to boost your listing. Our team reviews 100 applications for each role, interviews 25 qualified candidates, and narrows them down to the top 3, ensuring you get the best talent.
Step 3
Hire Your
Virtual Team Member
Within 2-3 weeks we present you with the top three candidates to choose from.
Each candidate’s folder includes a DISC Profile, Resume, Video Recorded Interview, and Portfolio (if applicable). We also provide onboarding and management instructions to get you started.
